= ( (2x - 3y )  + i (2y - 3x) ) /13

Similarly

(2 + i)/(2 + 3i)   * (2-3i)/(2 - 3i)

= (1 +  8i)/13

LHS =

(x + iy)/ (2 + 3i) + (2 + i)/(2 + 3i)

=  ( (2x - 3y )  + i (2y - 3x) ) /13   +  (1 +  8i)/13

= ( (2x - 3y + 1)  + i (2y - 3x + 8) ) /13

RHS

= (9/13) (1/1 + i)  * (1-i)/(1-i)

= (9/13) (1 - i)/(2)
