C. P. of two articles = Rs. 800
S. P of two articles. = Rs 800
S.P. of one horse = Rs. 400
Gain = 25%
Therefore, C.P. of one article
= Rs (X + 25X/100)= 400
= 5X/4 = 400
5X = 1600
X = 1600/5
X = 320 Rs
C.P. of another horse = Rs. (800 - 320) = Rs. 480
S.P. of this horse = Rs. 400
Therefore, Loss% = (80/480) x 100
= 16 2/3%
