$ax^2 + bx + c = 0$

a =1 , b = 100 , c=  - 30000
_________________________

Now,

quadratic Formula = $\frac{-b(+/-) \sqrt{b^2 - 4ac} }{2a}$

Putting the values 

= $\frac{-100(+/-) \sqrt{100^2 - (4*-30000)} }{2}$

= [tex] \frac{-100(+/-) \sqrt{10000+120000} }{2} [/tex]

= $\frac{-100(+/-) \sqrt{130000} }{2}$

= $\frac{2[50(+/-) \sqrt{32500}] }{2}$


hence,

Roots are :-

$50 + \sqrt{32500}$

and

$50 - \sqrt{32500}$
