According to the question,
x^2-4xy+y^2-9

We know that ,
(x-2y)^2=x^2-4xy+y^2
Therefore on substituting the value we get,
(x-2y)^2- 3^2

We know the formula,
a^2-b^2=(a+b)(a-b)
Applying the formula we get,
(X-2y+3)(x-2y-3).

Therefore simplified
Hope this helps
