Here is the answer you were looking for:
 {( \frac{x}{y}  +  \frac{y}{z} +  \frac{z}{x}   )}^{2}  \\

Using the identity :

 {(a + b + c)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2}  + 2ab + 2bc + 2ca

Putting a = x/y
b = y/z
c = z/x

 {( \frac{x}{y} )}^{2}  +  {( \frac{y}{z} )}^{2}  +  {( \frac{z}{x} )}^{2}  + 2( \frac{x}{y} )( \frac{y}{z} ) + 2( \frac{y}{z}  )(  \frac{z}{x} ) + 2( \frac{z}{x} )( \frac{x}{y} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{ {x}^{2} }{ {y}^{2} }  +  \frac{ {y}^{2} }{ {z}^{2} }  +  \frac{ {z}^{2} }{ {x}^{2} }  +  \frac{2x}{z}  +  \frac{2y}{x}  +  \frac{2z}{y}
