6 \frac{3}{4} </p><p>

5x²– 3x + 7

Substituting x = 1/2

= 5 * (1/2)² - 3 * (1/2) + 7

= (5 * 1/4) - (3 / 2) + 7

= (5 / 4) - (3 / 2) + 7

LCM of 2 and 4 is 4

= [ (5 * 1) - (3 * 2) + (7 * 4)] / 4

= [ 5 - 6 + 28] / 4

= 27 / 4

= 6 \frac{3}{4} </p><p>
