From A we come to know that X is 30 or less that 30

From B we know that A is 21 or more

From C we realise that his age can be 28 to 33.

As all A B C are right X age can be 28 or 29 or 30.

Average is defined as the sum of all the observations divided by the total number of obseralvations.

$Average= Sum \: of \: all \: values \: / Total \: no \: of \: values$

$Average = (28+29+30)/3$

$= 29$

So the average age of X or the average positive value of X will be 29
