hi mate,

solution:

x/x^1-3 = 8x^-1

x/x^-2 = 8 * 1/x

x^1 * ( x^- (-2) ) = 8/x

x^3 = 8/x

x^3 * x = 8

x^4 = 8

x = ∜ 8

The equation has two real solutions

These solutions are

x = ± ∜8 = ± 1.6818

Two solutions were found :

x = ± ∜8 = ± 1.6818
