x-3y=7----(1)

3x-3y=1---(2)

on adding equation (1) &(2)

x-3y=7

3x-3y=1

-2x=6

[x=-3]

Form eq (1)

3y=-3-7=-10

[y=−310]

∴ value of x is -3 & y is 3−10
