second equation is

0.6/3x-2y=-1

therefore, 3x - 2y = -0.6

therefore, 3(3.3-y) - 2y = - 0.6 --- from (1)

therefore, 9.9 - 3y - 2y = - 0.6

therefore, 9.9 - 5y = - 0.6

therefore, 5y = 10.5

therefore, y = 2.1

Now, substitute this y value in (1)

therefore, x = 3.3 - 2.1

therefore, x = 1.2

So, answer is ( x, y ) = ( 1.2, 2.1 )
