Answer: given that, (x/y)=3/5

Or,5x=3y

Or,x=(3/5)y......(1)

Now,

(10x+3y)/(5x+2y)=?

[10(3/5)y+3y] ÷ [5(3/5)y+2y]

= 9y÷5y

=9:5.

This is the answer.

Answer:

x:y=3:5

let x be 3a and y be 5a

now 10x+3y : 5x+2y

= 10*3a+3*5a : 5*3a+2*5a

= 45a : 25a

= 9:5

is it helpful....
