-x+y=3 and 2x-2y=-6 substitute the equation ​

Solution:

Given

-x+y = 3

=> y = 3+x ---(1)

and

2x-2y=-6 ---(2)

Substitute (1) in equation (2),

we get

=> 2x-2(3+x)=-6

=> 2x-6-2x=-6

=> -6 = -6

These , two equation shows

coincident lines .

which has infinitly many solutions.
