3x-2y=-12-----(2)

Multiplying equation (1) by 3 and (2) by 1,

-3x+3y=18-------(3)

3x-2y=-12-------(4)

Adding (3) and (4),

y=6

Substituting y=6 in (1),

-x+6=6

-x=6-6

x=0

Therefore,

x=0 and y=6.
