Answer:

2(x {}^{2}  - 3x) - 8(x {}^{2}  - 3x) - 20 = 0

(x {}^{2}  - 3x)(2 - 8) - 20 = 0

(x {}^{2}  - 3x)( - 6) - 20 = 0

 - 6x {}^{2}  + 18x - 20 = 0

dividing by -2.

3x {}^{2}  - 6x + 10 = 0

by using shridacharya formula

x =  - b +  -  \sqrt{(b {}^{2} }  - 4ac) \div 2a

so x= {-(-6) + - √((-6)^2-4×3×10)}/2×3

x={6+-√(36-120)}/6

x={6+-√(-84)}/6

x={1+(√(84)i)/6}. x={1-(√84)i/6}
