x^2 +3x - (m+2)(m+5) = 0

=> x^2 + (m+5)x - (m+2)x - (m+2)(m+5) = 0

=> x (x + m+5) - (m+2)(x+m+5) = 0

=> (x+m+5)(x-m-2) = 0

=> x = - m-5. and m+2

Roots are (-m-5) and (m+2)

achuaiswarya112: It should be done using b2-4ac formula shouldnt it ???
gaurav2013c: it can be done by any of two method, splitting of middle term or quadratic formula
achuaiswarya112: Hmm k thanks
