x^2+4x+3=0

D=b^2-4ac

=(4)^2-4×3×1

=16-12

=4

so by dradratic formula

=b plus mines unde root D/ 2a

=4plus mines under root 4/2×1

=4 plus mines 2/2

so two roots are x=1 , x=3
