Given :  x² + xy + 6x + 6y

To Find : Factorize

Solution:

x² + xy + 6x + 6y

Take x common in 1st two terms

and 6 common in last 2 terms

= x(x + y) + 6(x + y)

Taking (x + y) coomon

= (x + y)(x + 6)

x² + xy + 6x + 6y  = (x + y)(x + 6)
