7(y+3)-2(x+2)=14

7y+23-2x-4=14

7y-2x=14-19

7y-2x=-5

y=-5+2x/7

4(y-2)+3(x-3)=2

4y-8+3x-9=2

4y+3x=2+17

4y+3x=19

put value of y

4(-5+2x/7)+3x=19

-20+8x/7+3x=19

-20+8x+21x=19×7

29x=133+20

x=153/29=5.2
