HELLO DEAR,

GIVEN:- XY = 160 & logx - 3logy = 1 {y>0,x>0}

now, logx - 3logy = 1

=> logx - log(y)³ = 1

=> log{x/(y)³} = log10

=> x/ = 10

=> (160/y)/ = 10

=> 160/y⁴ = 10

=> y⁴ = 16

=> y = 2

We need to choose the positive 4th root of 16, because the log of a negative number is undefined.y = 2 ,

x = 160/2 = 80

I HOPE IT'S HELP YOU DEAR,

THANKS
