y=2x+6 is the answer!! What you do is!! You graph y=2x+7 which has a slope of 2! So you plot a point at (0,7) on the y axis and then rise 2 spaces and run to the right 1 space!! And then you go and you plot (-2,4) and you then use the same slope as the original equation (2x) so from (-2,4) you rise two spaces and run 1 until you hit the y axis! You hit the y axis at 6! so the new equation is y=2x+6
