Answer:

(y-3)^2+(5y-15)-14

=(y-3)^2+5(y-3)-14

=(y-3)^2+7(y-3)-2(y-3)-14

=(y-3)(y-3+7)-2(y-3+7)

=(y-3+7)(y-3-2)

=(y+4)(y-5)

Answer:

 {(y - 3)}^{2} + 5y - 15 - 14 = \\ {y}^{2} - 6y + 9 + 5y - 15 - 14 = \\ {y}^{2} - y - 20 = \\ {y}^{2} - 5y + 4y - 20 = \\ y(y - 5) + 4(y - 5) = \\ (y - 5)(y + 4)
