 - y +  \frac{4}{3}  = 2 \\  \\  =  >  - y = 2 -  \frac{4}{3}  \\  \\  =  >  - y =  \frac{6 - 4}{3}  \\  \\  =  >  - y =  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\  =  > y =  -  \frac{2}{3}

 \frac{ - y + 4}{3}  = 2

 - y + 4 = 2 \times 3

 - y + 4 = 6

 - y =  -6 - 4

 - y =  - 10

y = 10
