y all circles or squares are not congruent??

it is because circles need to have equal radii to be congruent and squares require equal measured edges to be congruent which is not possible in universal cases..!

it can be only true for specific conditions..!

Two circles are congruent only of their Radii are
equal...But we talk about all circles , we will have different radii...so circles are not congruent...

Similarly, Two squares are congruent only if their Sides are equal...Here if consider all the squares , we again will have distict sides of a saquares...so all squares are not congruent..
