let Y axis dividing a line at pt O ( x,y)
devided line are A (5,-6) ,B (-1,-4)
by mid pt theorem
x = x1 + x2/2
x = 5 -1/2
x = 4/2
x =2
y = y1 + y2/2
y = -4 - 6
y = -10
the ratio is
x/y = 2/-10 = 1/ -5
therefore the ratio is 1 : -5
devided line are A (5,-6) ,B (-1,-4)
by mid pt theorem
x = x1 + x2/2
x = 5 -1/2
x = 4/2
x =2
y = y1 + y2/2
y = -4 - 6
y = -10
the ratio is
x/y = 2/-10 = 1/ -5
therefore the ratio is 1 : -5
