The tiger chosen for the shoot was weak, old and absolutely incapacitated. It could neither kill any prey or run fast. It had given up killing up big animals and had begun killing small domestic animals to satisfy its hunger. Hence it was perfect for Mrs. Packeltide's purpose.

Because it was unhealthy,old poor tiger which can be easily shoot
