The existence of different organisms make the need to communicate with each other. As such they will movement of particles that produce sound. Also locomotion of organisms for food or migration also create this.

Sea is dark because sunlight cannot penetrate so deep into the bed, but still there are animals that live there, more to be discovered.

When it comes to problems faced by marine animals, this is mostly global warming and plastic pollution. The rise in global temperature can in other words denoted as rise CO2 level. CO2 get dissolved in sea water. This interfere with calcification of shell animals and bleaching of corals.

Another thing is transportation of plastics and microplastics to the ocean and sea where they enter into food chain affecting reproductive and developmental ability of organisms. Poaching, over fishing are some other such threats.
