We are given two sets:


→ X = Set of Natural Numbers from 1 to 20


So we have:


X = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20}


The Set X is also the Universal Set in this question.


Similarly, we are given


→ Y = Set of Prime Numbers from 1 to 20.


Prime Numbers are those which have only two factors: 1 and the number itself.


The Prime Numbers from 1 to 20 are 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19


So, The Set Y becomes:


Y = {2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19}


We see that Y is a subset of X.

So, The Venn Diagram is as shown in the figure attached.

Y = {y/y€N , y is prime from 1 to 20 }

Y = { 2 ,3 ,5,7,11,13,17,19 } -----( 1 )

X = { 1,2,3,4,......,20 }
