Coefficient of the variable is the number by which the variable raised to power was multiplied.

It can be written as -1 ( y) ³
So, The variable of the term is y
Power of the term is 3
Coefficient of the term is -1
Also, The term -y³ can be written as ( -y)³ because there will be change in its meaning.
So , Exponent of the term is 3 as well
