Explanation:

b) The frozen balloon shrank because the average kinetic energy of the gas molecules in a balloon decreases when the temperature decreases. This makes the molecules move more slowly and have less frequent and weaker collisions with the inside wall of the balloon, which causes the balloon to shrink a little

Q. 3 Rotting, burning, cooking, and rusting are all further types of chemical changes because they produce substances that are entirely new chemical compounds. For example, burned wood becomes ash, carbon dioxide, and water. When exposed to water, iron becomes a mixture of several hydrated iron oxides and hydroxides.

Q4 Handpicking method can be used when items differ on the basis of color ,shape and weight. Examples: -->Separating rotten vegetables from basket of vegetables. ---> Separating the stones and insects from rice.

1)An inflated baloon will shrink inside a freezer because there is not much air inside the freezer and there is no air to go to the baloon so it will shrink

2)It is a change in which a new product is formed. Example- If we burn newspaper some new substance is formed that is ash it was not earlier but now it is there, when exposed to air, iron becomes a mixture of several hydrated iron oxides and other hydroxides

3) It is a seperation technique from which we can remove unwanted substance that is in small amount and it's shape or colour is also different from other useful substance. Examples- Seperating of stones and insects from rice, Seperation of rotten fruits from a basket
