Dear journal,

  Today, it was my buddy's birthday! My friend and I went to his home for the gathering. He welcomed us to his home at 5pm. There were many people at his home. His dad made a request for the cake and it arrived.

His mom gave us numerous bites and sweets, it was delightful! We sang the birthday song, he cut his cake and we ate it. I gave him a cricket bat as a birthday present as he loves cricket.

During the party, we played so many games such as, ludo, chess, hide and seek, etc. Then our parents came and picked us at 9pm.

We had so much fun!
