According to me , anger is nothing. It does not come to us. We invite this anger in our happy life. learn how to control it. Sometimes this anger makes our best out of best relations down. We should sit freely without any stress and should think about it that how we should behave others and where should we use anger and where not. If we will create
anger in our mind then our feelings in the heart will be angry and we will speak worse. The best way to make relationships stronger is to be silent when we are angry. But in some situations you should speak if you are thinking that you're right but not in anger . Be cool always.
