Molarity,

Molarity is usef to determine the amount of solute dissolved in 1 liter of solvent.

Molarity is equal to {no. of moles added/volume of the solution(in liters)}

The unit of molarity is 'M'(mole/liter)

Now,
We have 0.5 moles of NaCl
and 250 ml or 0.25 l of solution.

So molarity of the solution is = 0.5/0.25 mole/liter
= 500/250 M
= 2 M

That's it
Hope it helped (。ŏ﹏ŏ)
