dear dairy,
It was summer vacations and as per the usual custom, city kids like me were force-marched to our ancestral village by our parents. I spent my days tramping about the woods with two like-minded cousins.
We were sure that in this land steeped in superstition and lore, a spirit waited to possess us.
One cold and drizzly evening, we were returning from one of these fruitless walks when we passed the last house in the village. We had never seen anyone in it but the setting seemed right - a dark, rainy night and overtly inquisitive teenagers - so we sauntered over.
A few minutes of peering through windows was followed by several minutes of high-pitched squeals and a hundred-yard dash. We suddenly heard a voice from back as we listened to the sound , we ran out of the house. this was one of my scary moment in my life .

The craziest thing happened today!
Today me and two of my friends, {name1} and {name2} were walking along (street name). we were just sharing a packet of lays, discussing our favourite show, {any show name}. it was after 8pm so it was atrociously dark when our attention was lifted towards a house in the middle of the road. it was a bunglow with a front lawn. the gate was rustling like a leaf due to the windy
weather. and of course, mother would never teach me something as uncivil as breaking into a house, but suddenly we heard a gunshot inside the house and we had to go and see if everything was alright. Once inside, we were trapped. The door itself locked shut and we were trapped with horrifying sounds and belligerent weather for hours. It was only in the morning we were able to go out and me, (name1) and (name2) swore we’d never walk (street name) again.
