I think that to represent an inter-school art and cultural tests, there must be proper training and some topics, that the participants can understand what to practice at home. Before the contest event, all students along with their parents, guardians or adopters must be well-informed about it. And, to make the event better, we can make a rule that, the students must only choose the participating subjects, they are good at and have learned before. Then, everyone will only choose the subject they are good at.
