1) yes it will be accepted as this is a good practice and this will give the children happiness also and of a human has heart then he will accept this.

Yes you can set up swings for them and make snacks for children and sell them for free.And dance and sing with them.Set off fire and talk with them.

Some problems may occur like u have to make big decorations and arrangements,this may cost very much and take a lot of time and you have to be busy after that.

This is a very good thing and this should be done as they also want happiness in children's day and they also need to play with someone and also need to feel that they are at their home.
