Dear Diary,
It has been two months that I have been promoted to class IX. I am enjoying my new class and have made some good friends too. But I am finding a lot of difficulty in some subjects, especially Mathematics and Hindi. Till last year I did not have any private tutor and my grandfather used to help me in studies. My this year things are appearing difficult. I am losing interest in studies because I am unable to understand many things in Mathematics and Hindi. Even the History class appears very boring to me. All I enjoy in school is music and art and craft. The Board examinations are knocking the door and this year is extremely crucial. I hope I will be able to sort this out within few days as my father has fixed two private tutors for me, one for Hindi and the other for Mathematics and my grandfather will continue helping me in the other subjects. I want to score well in my exams and make my family proud.
