Dear Sir,

This letter is to request you to arrange for a canteen, library, and playing area for the students of our school. We have to bring lunch from home and go to the public library for reference work. Also, the lack of a playing area means that we cannot participate in sports activities of any kind. On behalf of all the students of Class VIII, and other classes, I would request you to look into this matter. We would be much obliged.
