A group of 55 students of this school (St. Marks) have planned to visit Mount Abu during the summer vacation. There will also be three teachers with them, who will guide them and take care of all of them. The students are hoping to leave Delhi on 3rd Dec 20XX by Rajdhani express in a specially reserved bogie to be directly linked to Delhi. They will be coming back from their tour on 20th Dec by the same train. So, I would kindly request you to please confirm if a bogie can he reserved for them! We will be really thankful to you if you respond on that matter soon, so that we can make other necessary arrangements.

I would also request you to give information about the money expenditure for this journey so that there is no delay in depositing money on time.
