$7x + 3y = 0 \\ 3x + 7y = 0$

First Add both the equation -

7x+3y=0
+ 3x+7y=0
--------------------
=> 10x+10y =0 ----(1)


on subtracting both the equation -

we will get ,
5x - 5y = 0 -------(2)



from equation 1 & 2 -

x + y = 0 -------(3)

x - y = 0--------(4)

on adding equation 3 & 4 , We get

2x= 0
x= 0

on putting the value of x , you will get the value of y.

ANS - x = 0
y = 0
