Dear Sir:
I am writing to you to bring to your notice the sorry state of Government Hospitals during this COVID-19 pandemic. The hospitals have neither infrastructure nor the expertise to handle the outbreak of the pandemic. There is total chaos. What makes it worse is the indifferent and callous attitude of the medical staff employed at the hospitals.
The cost of treatment at the private hospitals is enormous. The Government Hospitals are the only hope of for the poor and the middle class people. Where should they go in this situation? Yesterday I took my ailing uncle to one of the hospitals; there was no bed available; and they treated very rudely to us. I appeal to you to pay some heed to providing better health facilities to the people. I hope you will look into it and do the needful.
