Hey Anita,

How are you? How's your family? I am doing great. So are mom and dad. They send their love to you.

A few days ago, I went to a seminar on 'Effective Listening Skills' at RG Auditorium.

About fifty participants had attended it and it was an excellent seminar.

The speaker was Mr Ram, HR consultant from AR Company.

He explained the importance of listening and how proper listening skills are key to communication.

He said that if we pay attention while someone is speaking, we can reduce the time usually spent in communicating an idea by half.

How exciting is that! He also said that it helps build concentration and that it is vital for a student.

He gave us a free audio book to help improve our skills.

I have attached it with this email. Have a go at it and let me know what you think!

Missing you a lot!

Sending a lot of love,

Ankita.
