Ater a week you find that inverter is not working and local electrician wjo checked it at your request has found some defect. Respected sir/madam,

Sub: Reporting a defective product.

      A week before I bought an inverter from your shop outlet. When the product was tested at home, I found it not to be working properly. To find out the problem, I called upon a local electrician to have a look at it. After looking at it, the electrician reported that a part of it is defective and advised me to change the inverter.  

      Now, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the  product that I purchased is under its prescribed warranty date and so I would like to claim it.
