You are Anshul Goyal , staying at 8, Kakatiya Nagar, New Delhi. Last month , you had bought a Digital Video Camera from Reliance Electronic House, Abids, Hyderabad against a warranty of 2 years. Now you discover that there is something wrong with this camera. It doesn't work for more than 30-40 minutes at a stretch and the picture quality is hazy. Write a letter to the dealer complaining about this problem. Also request him to replace this defective piece against the warranty that goes with it.​

THIS IS WITH REFERENCE TO THE ORDER NO. S42-2020-28 PLACED ON

28TH JUNE 2020 . THE ORDER CONSISTS OF A DIGITAL VIDEO CAMERA A  MONTH AGO IT HAS WORKED WELL FOR A FEW DAYS BUT AFTER A MONTH I FOUND ITS VIDEO  QUALITY BECAME VERY POOR  ALSO ITS OTHER FEATURES ARE NO WORKING.I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT THE VIDEO CAMERA WAS SOLD ON  A 2 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST ANY TECHNICAL ISSUE .

I REQUEST YOU WITH REGRET THAT YOU SHOULD CHECK A MACHINE WELL BEFORE GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMERS IT WILL HAVE A BAD AFFECT OF YOUR COMPANY .IN MY CASE I WANT REPLACEMENT OF THE VIDEO CAMERA  WITHOUT ANY DELAY AS I NEED TO SUBMIT SOME PICTURES  IN MY OFFICE .PLEASE DO THE ABOVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
