Sir,

I am Anjali Ghoshal, a daily reader of your newspaper.

In this letter I want to share my concern about the poor attention paid by the bank staff towards the customers. In many nationalized banks, I have seen that the bank staff are not giving attention to the customers properly. They don't behave well with them. That is why many customers hesitate to ask them for any information they need. This kind of behaviour is not at all expected from them.
