Sir,

          I am Arun Basu, recently bought a 42 inches Television set from your store.

         The buying date and order number of the product were 09.10.2020 and 095788DHK. This set is not working properly. The power button is not working some times. I really didnot expect this kind of defect from this famous brand. Now, I want a refund.

        I would be obliged if you take proper action on it.
