You are asked to separate a mixture of sand, saw dust and salt in a beaker with water. What will be the various steps that you will follow? write your experiment​

Answer: First we will try to dissolve the mixture of sand, saw dust and salt in water to try and dissolve the salt. When salt is dissolved it can be filtered through a very fine strainer to prevent any saw dust from mixing into the solution and try to get as much water out of the saw dust and sand as possible. Then by using a medium strainer take the fine particles of saw dust. Evaporate the water from the beaker and you will get your salt.
