Today I struggled badly between my responsibility and friendship. But it's my duty to lead my team. But still he/she is my friend. I thought I was wrong at that time . Now I realized that I was absolutely correct. We shouldn't have relations in our duties. But still as a friend, I should console him/her and explain her smoothly. Okay.
