Sir,
I had purchased 15 new computers for my school recently. However, some of them are not functioning properly. I tried every remedy but they were all to no avail. Therefore, I would like to request a replacement of the faulty ones.
Kindly revert back as soon as possible since the students need the computers urgently for their upcoming examinations.
