Sir,this is Akira Ray the Cuktural Secretary and I am here to tell you about the meeting held for the forth coming annual day celebration.It has been decided that the chief guest(D.I.G Anwar Singh)will be reaching the event by 2.pm.He will be welcomed traditionally by tika.Then he will cut the ribbon and declare the fourth annual day celebration open.The event will be started by a prayer dance representing the Indian culture by class 7th students.Then there will a music performance by the school band i.e lead by Shivam and Ria.Next we have small skit on Akbar and Birbal which will be conducted by class 4th students.Many other programme slike-aeronics,ring dance and so on will be conducted.The event will be ended by the prize distribution and the concluding speech by the Chief guest and Principal. Mam, I am shreya cultural secretary. I am here to tell u about the forthcoming annual function on 21st of this month. A meeting was held to discuss about this matter. We invited col. Rohit Singh and his wife Mrs.sonal singh as chief guest. And they agreed to come. We will be organizing two shows. First show in the morning for the parents of the students, who r not participating. And the second show in the evening for the parents of the students, who r participating. The chief guests will arrive in the evening. We will start the program by a prayer. Then we will have a musical fusion by students of twelfth class. Then there will be a speech and presentation about the achievement of our school by Monika mam. Then we will have a skit organized by students of tenth class. Then we will gave all the styles of classical performances including kathakali. Then we will have a dance performance by tiny tots. Then after prize distribution for the toppers, we will end the show by few words of principal and chief guests. We r also organizing tea party for parents.
