Subject: Complaint regarding the stationary items parcel recieved in damaged condition.

Sir,

Our School recieved our parcel of stationary items from you on 20th April 2020. I am sorry to inform you that this parcel reached to us in a badly damaged condition. The stationary items are all torn, broked & are punched down. So they are of no use to us.

Please let me know what you propose to do in this matter. Please note that if I do not recieve a satisfactory reply from you within a fortnight, I shall be compelled to put in a regular claim for the loss incurred by our School.

Respected Sir ,

With due respect I beg to state that our school recieved a parcel of stationary items from your store on 25th November 2020 . Hey I m sorry to say that the parcel which we recieved from you is in a very worse condition. The stationary items are all torned , broken and they are punched down . Hence, they are not in use of us and other's .

Please thinking about this topic and kindly don't make us disappointed again. Please give us a satisfied reply. Otherwise there is no chance for you and we will be complaint to put in a regular claim for the loss incurred by our School.
